Wednesdays | 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Book your preferred 1 hour session within this time frame.
Our Wednesday sessions focus on building speed, agility, and explosive movement through high-level, game-ready training.
Pricing:
Private Training (1 Athlete)
$80 per session
Train with a Small Group
Form your own group and reduce your rate:

2 athletes: $65 per athlete

3–4 athletes: $50 per athlete
Groups must be pre-arranged. We do not combine athletes.
