At Hidden Gems Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality athletic training, camps, clinics, and youth development programs. To ensure we can effectively plan staffing, facilities, and program operations, we ask that all families review and adhere to the following cancellation policy.

​​Cancellation Policy:

• Camps and clinics canceled 14+ days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds are available within 7 days of the program start date.

For ongoing training programs (including Speed & Agility, Football Skills, Basketball Skills, and Strength & Conditioning):

• Enrollment may be canceled with 7 days' written notice before the next billing period.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or previously attended sessions.
