Cancellation & Refund Policy

Camps, Clinics & Special Events

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are not eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for missed days, partial attendance, late arrivals, or early departures.

 

Private & Semi-Private Training

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Participants who do not attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-shows") will forfeit that session.

 

Ongoing Training Programs (Speed & Agility, Football Skills, Basketball Skills, Strength & Conditioning, etc.)

• Enrollment may be canceled with 7 days' written notice before the next scheduled billing period.

• No refunds will be issued for sessions already attended.

• Missed sessions are non-refundable and may not be credited.

 

Program Changes & Cancellations by Hidden Gems Academy

Hidden Gems Academy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule programs due to low enrollment, facility availability, weather conditions, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If Hidden Gems Academy cancels a program, participants will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• A credit toward a future program.

 

Medical Emergencies

​

Refund requests related to medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

 

Weather Policy

 

Programs may be modified, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions. Every effort will be made to provide a make-up session when possible. If a make-up session cannot be provided, participants will receive either a refund or a credit toward a future program.
