Terms & Conditions Agreement
By registering a participant or purchasing any program, event, membership, or
ticket through Hidden Gems Academy (“HGA”), you agree to the following terms.
Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks
associated with participation and confirm the participant is physically able to take
part.
Medical Authorization
You authorize HGA staff to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary and
accept responsibility for related costs.
Code of Conduct
HGA reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator for unsafe or
disruptive behavior without refund.
Program Changes
Hidden Gems Academy may modify or cancel programs due to weather, safety,
or unforeseen circumstances.
Media Release
You grant permission for photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes
without compensation.
Liability Waiver
You release HGA and its staff from liability arising from participation, except
where prohibited by law.
Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full prior to participation.
Refund Policy
Camps Cancellation Policy
100% refunds provided if cancelled more than 30 days in advance. 50% refunds
from 7-30 days. No refunds within 7 days of camp. We’ll always evaluate special
circumstances. $60 processing Fee for cancellations applies.
